Nicolas Rewa, P. Eng. boasts extensive high-level experience as both an engineer and a leader. Currently, Mr. Rewa leads Rewa Consulting Ltd. as its President of Engineering. Assuming this role in 1997, he presides over the Mississauga, Ontario-based company’s day-to-day operations. Mr. Rewa manages a team of full- and part-time engineers, draftsmen, and support staff. Rewa Consulting Ltd. provides paper-coating machines and other equipment and supplies to paper-industry businesses throughout the world.
Nicolas Rewa, P. Eng. commands a diverse resume in the engineering field. Before Rewa Consulting Ltd., Mr. Rewa held engineering and management roles with a variety of Canadian companies. Between 1994 and 1997, he served as Maintenance Manager with Cascade Paperboard Industries, where he fulfilled an array of supervisory responsibilities, including the management of 27 professionals. Prior to this, Mr. Rewa acted as Plant Engineer with Cascade Paperboard Industries, a role he held between 1989 and 1994. He also worked as Project Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor with Belkin Paperboard, joining Belkin in 1985. Before this, Nicolas Rewa, P. Eng. operated as a junior engineer and draftsman, a capacity he fulfilled while still a student.
Nicolas Rewa graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSC and a P. Eng. Mr. Rewa remained at the Toronto, Ontario, school to complete a Master’s of Business Administration. He also possesses an Applied Science Diploma from Champlain College, in Montreal, Quebec. Additionally, Nicolas Rewa has engaged in a spectrum of professional courses, earning more than 17 certifications following his formal education. He maintains ongoing membership in an array of professional associations, including the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers, the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Professional Engineers Ontario, and the Canadian Pulp and Paper Association.
